Every time trial started an finished at the City Hall Square in the heart of Copenhagen.
Elite Men completed two laps on a 23,2 km circuit. The riders went North to Østerbro across Hellerup and ended in a turnaround at Charlottenlund Slotspark. On the way back to the Danish Capital the ride took the riders by Kastellet and Amalienborg which gave them a clear view to the Opera House and Dokøen.
